Having a loved one with depression or an anxiety condition can impact your life,
sometimes to the point where your concern for the loved one takes over your life.
Even though you aren't the person with the condition, it's important to take care
of yourself. And, you can support your loved one better if you make sure you're
leaving time for your hobbies and the other activities you enjoy. Try to go to social
events, even when your friend or family member can't join you. You might also consider
counseling for yourself.
